Has your life become way too small for you?

Do you yearn to shake up the world around you?
... to speak and stand for what's more profoundly true and alive for you?
My Approach
I offer a long-incubated experiential integration of all the approaches I've trained in and practiced:
-
Focusing, Coaching, Mentoring, Assertiveness and self empowerment skills teaching
-
Therapeutic depth
-
40 years worth of geek-level reading of developments in psychology and neuroscience.
-
A big dash of my own inspiration, perspective and wisdom from my personal journey
I'm all about attuning to the fine details of your unfolding experience and responses.
My aim is to partner you, whether in a one-to-one or a group setting, to finely tailor your unique authenticity adventure to your particular needs every step of the way.
The journey of tailoring the work is itself a key element of the adventure and it's effectiveness.
I support you in each moment to check in for yourself with your live authentic experience, supporting you to grow your self-knowledge and confidence in choosing, claiming and expressing what is right for you.

In the space I create for you either in one-to-one sessions or in a group we experientially explore your connection to your own inner experience.
There are continuous inspirational opportunities to try out and grow your skills in expressing your truth in-the-moment and stretch ever more fully into knowing, feeling and expressing what is authentically true for you and grow into being ever more authentic in your choices, your life, your relationships, and your work.

Why use the word 'Adventure'?
Approaching the goal of becoming more authentic as an Adventure - is crucial to what's different about my approach.
The metaphor of an outward, challenging, geographical adventure is a fabulous guide to what's needed to be successful and how to go about it.
We need:
-
A strong clear intention
-
Maps of the territory
-
Accounts of pioneers and experts who have solid experience of venturing into these territories
-
To develop not only an outer orientation but an inner intuitive compass
-
A guide or mentor (or several)
-
A set of needed equipment - your kitbag of tools
-
The training and preparation you'll need to do and how to do it to well prepared
-
Fitness training
-
Practical skills training
-
Tips on the dangers you might encounter, the warning signs and how to handle them
-
Knowledge of shortcuts
-
A back up team who will cheer and champion you.
-
Good team mates you can trust who will be right there alongside you sharing the journey.
It's my desire and my pleasure to offer you all of these ;-)
